The building is developed on two levels: access from the lower level is via a staircase with a gate designed by the architect Galvagni.
The staircase's parapet, featuring moldings and small cutouts was finished in white plaster, slightly protruding compared to the natural stone facade of the ground floor. The horizontal parapet design of the first floor is also very distinctive and currently characterized by two different colors; at the top, there is a simple metal railing, and on the walkable roof, a steel frame supports a system of shades. The cladding consists of natural stone and exposed concrete.
The structure resembles continuous masonry in exposed natural stone with base elements in reinforced concrete.
The floors are in Venetian style, and both the exterior and interior plasters are finished with washable paint.
The house consists of a living-dining room, a bedroom with a dressing room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a cellar, plus a garage at street level; totaling three main rooms plus toilets.
The terrace is fully utilized with a height delimitation of two staggered steps and a free garden layout (terraces), as the roof is designed to be walkable and partially green.
This construction is freely articulated over two slightly staggered floors.
