Construction: 1960-1961
Location: Via dei Prodani, 7, 17028 Bergeggi SV
Builder: Tizzoni

The house is developed over two levels. Access to the residential level from the ground floor is through a pedestrian gate and an external staircase on the left side.
The system of "inverted pyramid parapet-planters" framed by cantilevered white plastered cornices gives plasticity to the architecture of this villa, which is surrounded by a small garden featuring a large conifer.
Access to the roof terrace, which includes a small water basin, is via a small external metal staircase.
The structure of the house consists of continuous load-bearing brick walls with few pillars and reinforced concrete corners, as well as reinforced brick attics.
The garage walls are made of cast concrete, and the retaining wall is constructed from local stone.
The cantilevered slabs and planters are made of thin exposed reinforced concrete.
The house's exterior is clad in rustic local stone, whereas the terraces are usable and partly landscaped.
The house contains a single dwelling on one residential floor and two garages carved into the rock.
The residence comprises a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a rustic outdoor toilet, equivalent to three rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.
The spatial design of the house focuses on creating covered and uncovered spaces, where the entire plot is utilized as a horizontal terrace arranged with green spaces and paved areas.
