The house is located behind Casa Zani and spans four levels.
The entrance is on the ground floor of the building and leads to the various floors through a large garden, which seems to have included a bocce court.
Currently, the ground floor is clad in stone, and the upper floors alternate between brick and plaster finishes.
The masonry terrace railings feature a design of horizontal partitions separated by vertical little pillars.
The building structure is made of reinforced concrete, with reinforced brick floors and perimeter walls of semi-solid bricks with an interposed air chamber.
Externally, part of the surfaces are clad in natural stone, with the frames and part of the load-bearing structure in exposed scraped concrete. The floors are made of terracotta, wood, and terrazzo, whereas the interior plasters are of civilian and gypsum type.
The building is terraced into the terrain: at street level, there are two garages, while on the upper, partially underground floor, there are two rooms with respective toilets and a cellar accessed from the main staircase.
On the first floor of the main house, there is a living room with a sea view and a front terrace, a bedroom, a study room, and a "food preparation area in a room-dining room" (a habitable kitchen) connected and divided from the living room by glass partitions; the second floor of the house is reserved for guests, featuring four small rooms with respective toilets.
The property includes ten rooms and seven toilets in total, and the surrounding land has been landscaped into a garden with various trees.
