The house is situated right at the center of the road hairpin and occupies the entire lot defined by the road both below and above.
The building currently spans three levels, as it was necessary to use the roof in subsequent phases.
On the lower side, protected by a fence, there are both a vehicular gate and a pedestrian gate.
The ground floor houses the garage and some utility rooms, whereas the first floor contains the main living area; later expanded with an element on the roof that provides access to a large terrace.
The ground floor also features a large portico with space for two cars and a single utility room, whereas next to it, there is the entrance that opens directly onto the stairs leading to the upper floor.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with a dining area and a spacious terrace, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms.
