This building represents the right side of the "terraced house" (Casa Tibso), so the characteristics of 'Casa Guerreri' are the same as those of 'Casa Tibso'.
In this case, the staircase is positioned on the right side, mirrored to Casa Tibso, whereas the portico is made up of structures in concrete blocks, exposed concrete, and standard plaster.
The structure is integrated into a continuous wall of plastered bricks, with reinforced brick attics, marble and terrazzo floors, and standard-type plaster.
The house consists of two residential floors forming a single dwelling and a garage; the lower floor comprises a living room, a kitchen plus toilets, while the upper floor contains two bedrooms and a complete bathroom "equipped with standard sanitary fittings". The house, therefore, contains three rooms plus toilets.
