Wellness practices come from afar and take us far, managing to give flexibility to the body and clarity to the mind, with a slow yet moving approach. Those who have embraced wellness for years know its benefits well and understand that, like many other disciplines, there are different schools of thought and techniques.

Choosing to experience wellness with us means entrusting yourself to the skilled hands of our instructors, freely expressing needs and goals, perhaps overcoming together your own limits, such as: remaining still, focusing, disconnecting from the everyday reality.

Through wellness practices, new energies are set in motion, "batteries are recharged,"and we focus on us deeply.

Wellness activities can be practiced both outdoors and indoors. We have suitable spaces for both experiences and depending on the weather, we can organize different wellness experiences in all seasons.
