Location: Via Torre d’Ere, 41, 17028 Bergeggi SV
Builder: Tizzoni

The house, developed over three levels, has been modified over time but still maintains a certain scenic presence on the street level.
In this same section, some parts that were originally in natural stone have been plastered, and a portico that provided the main access to the house has been enclosed, thus now the entry is through an external staircase with a gate or directly from the garage.
On the left side, set back, the surface area has been significantly increased by integrating it below ground level.
Other significant changes have affected the pool designed by the architect, which has been enlarged; some portions of walls, originally clad in bricks, have been plastered and some "laminar walls" on the third level have been modified or removed.
Originally, a canopy in front of the living room, designed like an inverted leaf with a concrete sunshade rib, was planned but is no longer present. The original cladding was intended to be local stone, red Verona quarry split stone, and exposed concrete.
Another projected structure consisted of a reinforced concrete frame with closure walls (perimeter and internal) made of semi-solid bricks with an air chamber. The roof featured a walkable terrace partially arranged as a green roof.
The floor finishes were marble or Venetian-style and the exterior and interior plasters were of a standard type.
According to the original plan, the house included two living floors and a basement garage carved into the rock, along with an open porch, an atrium, and a service room with a bathroom. On the ground floor, there was a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, totaling three rooms and toilets, whereas the first floor included two bedrooms and a bathroom, totaling two rooms and toilets.
In front of the living room canopy, there was a planter with laminar elements in front of the house, which laminar ornamentation was intended to integrate the indoor environments with the surrounding space (including the patio) between the living and sleeping areas, for the diffusion of filtered light.
