Torre del Mare Architectural Park- Bergeggi - Casa Campanini
Da Vedere
Construction: 1960-1961
Location: Via Torre d’Ere, 13, 17028 Bergeggi SV
Builder: Tizzoni
The house is developed on two levels and is very intricate in terms of composition.
At street level, we find the access stairs, protected by a gate, and a garage; the property can also be accessed by cars from the upper level. The residence is developed on a single floor, with plastered sections alternating with brick-clad parts, whereas a notable feature of the lower level is the presence of a small evergreen tree positioned between two diverging structural sections.
The roof features a series of projections and small terraces framed with a light iron railing.
The cladding includes rustic stone and either klinker or exposed concrete, whereas the structure of the house is reinforced concrete with perimeter walls made of bricks for the residence and concrete for the basement walls.
The roof slabs are made of reinforced brick with reinforced concrete projections, whereas the roof is designed to be walkable, partly set up as a green area, and usable as a car park.
The exterior cladding is made of local rustic stone and klinker; the exterior plasters are made of concrete.
The house, along with a garage and a small cellar carved into the rock, contains a living room with four bedrooms, a kitchen, a small service room, and two bathrooms with corridors; thus, it includes seven rooms plus two bathrooms.
The land on the underlying slope remains natural, supported by triangular reinforced concrete sections left unfinished and covered with climbing plants.
