The house is situated on the plot of land precisely within the last hairpin turn of the street and is developed accordingly.
At street level, clad in natural stone, there are two garages and several service rooms.
Access to the house is through a pedestrian gate from below, and an external staircase leads directly to the main door.
The floor plan results from intersecting curves that organize the various rooms of the house, connected by an internal elliptical staircase.
Circular shapes typical of terraces, parapets, canopies and planters are still present.
Many of the wall facings are covered with soft-colored ceramic mosaic tiles.
The materials used include exposed concrete and rough stone, and the structure resembles a continuous wall of exposed concrete, colored with oxides, where the floors are made of reinforced brick.
The house comprises two residential floors: the ground floor contains a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, three bedrooms, a wardrobe, an entrance, and stairs; while the first floor includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The parabolic-shaped living room embraces the greenery of the front garden and visually connects to the vast open sea. Thus, we observe the residential rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen area, and auxiliary stairs.
The roof is a usable terrace, partly green, whereas planters and laminated structures were designed and constructed on-site: the exposed concrete lamellar sections with a circular profile positioned around the planters to protect them from the sea breeze.
