The house is located at the first hairpin turn of the street and is developed over two main levels.
The entrance door connects via an internal staircase to the upper level, which has variable heights.
The cornices, tapered upwards, stand out against walls clad in bricks or white plaster.
The house was built with a reinforced concrete structure, with reinforced brick floors and partly reinforced concrete (cantilevers).
The enclosing walls are concrete for the basement level and air chamber bricks for the above-ground level, whereas the exterior of the basement walls is clad in natural stone, while the above-ground walls are clad in clinker and eaves.
The planters and parapets are plastered and painted white.
The interior floors are ceramic tile and Venetian-style, while the exterior floors are quartzite and beola stone; the plasterwork is done in the Piedmontese style, with painted wooden frames on the above-ground level and iron frames in the basement.
The basement includes a garage for two cars, a heating room, a laundry room, and a covered staircase leading to the upper level, with the possibility of using the under-stair space as a cellar, while the single above-ground level contains a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a small study, corresponding to four rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
The living room is designed with a pyramid shape featuring exposed reinforced concrete beams and a gap between the ring beam and the roof slab, allowing indirect natural lighting even when the shutters are closed.
The roofs of the kitchen, bathroom, and study are also sloped.
