Torre del Mare Architectural Park - Bergeggi - Casa Tanzi
Da Vedere
Construction: 1957-1958
Location: Via Caravaggio, 2, 17028 Bergeggi SV
Builder: Tizzoni
Situated behind the "Offices," the house spans three levels.
On the street level, there are three adjacent garages with walls clad in natural stone, as for the two upper residential floors, which feature stone-clad walls, highlighting the role of white-plastered railings and small terraces.
Access is via an external staircase on the right side of the building, which is still in good condition.
The structure resembles a continuous natural stone masonry, with attics made of reinforced brick, floors of polished sea pebbles and both the exterior and interior plasters of a standard type.
The residence includes three car garages and an access staircase to the upper floors.
On the first floor, there is a living area with a living-dining room, a kitchen that connects to a pantry, a service room and a guest bedroom; the upper floor features the sleeping area connected by an internal staircase leading to a bathroom and two bedrooms.
The house has a stepped structure that follows the morphological shapes of the site, allowing for unobstructed sea views and the arrangement of terraces in front of the interior spaces.
