Torre del Mare Architectural Park- Bergeggi - Casa Tizzoni
Da Vedere
Construction: 1957-1958
Location: Via Torre d’Ere, 34, 17028 Bergeggi SV
Builder: Tizzoni
The house is composed of three levels with access from the roof and stairs descending along the slope, which is arranged in terraces and gardens. It retains its original layout, although several modifications have been made, not all of which align with the original design.
The building was designed with load-bearing walls of semi-solid bricks and reinforced brick attics and the floors were Venetian-style mosaic, whereas the interior plasters were of a standard type and the facades were partly clad in exposed stone and partly plastered with white marble dust.
The apartment originally comprised two bedrooms, a walk-in closet (alcove), a kitchen, a living room and two toilets, one of which with a bathroom. The usable area of the house is approximately 100 square meters.
A walkable terrace was planned for the owner's car parking, with a reinforced concrete parapet.
