Construction: 1958-1959
Location: Via Caravaggio, 16, 17028 Bergeggi SV

The house has direct access from the upper road with a pedestrian entrance, a small garage, and a staircase leading down.
The walls are interrupted by geometric cantilevered terraces, white plastered.
There are numerous elements that provide both functional and design aspect: a fountain, copper downspouts for water collection, architect-designed lamps, and other features of notable beauty.
The garden has a complex paving design composed of various materials, whereas along the left side to the access staircase, there is now a beautiful coniferous forest.
The structure resembles continuous natural stone masonry.
The roof is designed as a usable terrace, the attics are made of reinforced brick with floors consisting of polished sea pebbles, whereas both the exterior and interior plasters are of a standard type.
The house comprises a living-dining room, two bedrooms, an alcove, toilets, and a private parking area located on part of the roof.
The land is fully utilized with height delineation by a stepped system (terraces) and a free garden layout in terms of the plan.
