Some of our trips and experiences are accessible for people with reduced mobility or disabilities, such as kayaking excursions to Bergeggi Island, some treks, diving in the Marine Protected Area of Bergeggi Island, and even more challenging activities like climbing and surfing.
In collaboration with the association La Compagnia dei Monti Naviganti APS, some hiking excursions are inclusive, thanks to the Joelette, a special single-wheeled wheelchair suitable for trekking, that allows every person with reduced mobility or disabilities to participate to the excursion, with the help of at least two escorts. The escort on the back ensures the balance of the Joelette, while the escort in front ensures traction and direction. It is designed for both easy walks and sports use; the limit of the Joelette depends solely on the abilities of the escorts.
