Descrizione
The program is designed to guide children in discovering the forest in all its parts, starting from the underground to the treetops.
During the activities, children will explore the forest as a complex system, understanding how the life within it is in a complex and resilient balance.
Through guided walks, students will learn to recognize trees and some of their characteristics. The hands-on activities will include various creative and artistic possibilities, such as creating herbariums, accordion books, and small handcrafted items.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
-Provide an integrated understanding of the forest as an ecosystem
-Encourage careful observation and curiosity towards the natural elements present in the forest
-Foster the ability to recognize and classify animal and plant species
-Stimulate creativity and manual skills through practical and creative activities
Activity dedicated to primary school
The first session takes place in the forest, the second session in the classroom.
It is possible to concentrate the sessions into a morning as an educational outing; in this case, it will be approximately a 4-hour morning.
